Digital Products
Digital products including operational templates and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original unopened packaging. Some products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons — this will be noted at the time of purchase. Returns require prior authorization. Contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
