KlinDeck does not currently operate any financing referral, lead generation, or introduction service. No form submission on this website results in your information being shared with any lender, leasing company, or financing partner.

Upon purchase of any Digital Product (including operational templates, systems, guides, spreadsheets, Canva templates, and downloadable materials), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Product within a single clinic or business entity for internal operational purposes only.

6.2 Permitted Use

• Use the Digital Product within your clinic's internal operations
• Modify or customize the Digital Product for your own workflows
• Share the Digital Product internally with staff within your organization

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Digital Product to any third party
• Share the Digital Product outside your organization
• Upload the Digital Product to any public, shared, or commercial platform
• Use the Digital Product as the basis for a commercial product or service offered to others
• Represent the Digital Product as your own original work for commercial purposes

6.4 Intellectual Property

All Digital Products remain the sole intellectual property of Northtote Ltd. Purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, systems, templates, or underlying frameworks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.5 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Digital Products are provided as operational tools and resources. KlinDeck makes no guarantee of specific business, financial, clinical, regulatory, or operational outcomes resulting from use of any Digital Product. You are responsible for determining whether any Digital Product is appropriate for your specific circumstances and for verifying compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

6.6 No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all Digital Product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a Digital Product has been delivered or made available for download. If you experience a technical issue preventing access or download, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Physical Products

7.1 Professional Use Only

All physical products sold through this website are intended for clinics, healthcare organizations, and professional operational use only. They are not intended for consumer or personal use.

7.2 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and contact information. KlinDeck is not responsible for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate information.

7.3 Payment and Processing

Payment must be completed before orders are processed. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

7.4 Shipping and Fulfillment

Products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary by location and order size. KlinDeck is not responsible for delays, damage, or errors caused by suppliers, carriers, or fulfillment partners. Tracking information will be provided where available.

7.5 Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unopened products in original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Contact us before returning any product. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Data Collection and Privacy

9.1 What Data Is Collected and When

KlinDeck collects personal information and tool data in the following circumstances:

• While you are using tools only (no form submitted): Your inputs and calculated outputs are stored temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage. This data is local to your device and session only. It passes between tools within your browser session to enable pre-filling and is cleared when your session ends. It is not transmitted to any KlinDeck server during this stage.
• When you submit a tool unlock gate: The Clinic Cost Estimator, Capital Structure Tool, and Profitability Calculator each have an email gate that unlocks the full analysis. When you submit your name and email through any of these gates, your contact information AND your tool inputs at that point (clinic type, cost estimates, financial parameters, and other inputs you have entered) are transmitted to KlinDeck via a third-party form processing service. This data is delivered to KlinDeck's operational inbox and stored by that service.
• When you submit a contact or equipment leasing interest form: Your name, email, and any details you enter are transmitted to KlinDeck via a third-party form processing service.

By submitting any gate or form on this website, you consent to the transmission and storage of your contact information and associated tool data as described above.

9.2 How Your Information Is Used

Information collected through tool gates and forms is used for the following purposes:

• Tool access: To provide access to full tool reports after gate submission.
• Follow-up communications: To send relevant resources, informational content, or updates related to your use of the platform where you have not opted out. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Anonymised market intelligence: Aggregated, anonymised data derived from tool submissions — with no personally identifying information — may be used to produce market research, industry benchmarks, or data products that KlinDeck may publish or license commercially. Individual submissions are never identified or sold. The aggregate dataset is used to understand market patterns across clinic types, markets, and cost structures.
